Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Redditch

Salary: NMW £23, 795 with opportunity to earn between £150 - £550 per month (up to +£6,600 per year) on top in added bonuses

Job Type : Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working for a well known Franchise Dealership. If you have previous experience in customer service or call centre experience, we have an exciting position to be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch.

Duties will include:

• Handling inbound customer phone calls
• Secure bookings for service, MOT and/or repairs
• Deliver high quality and effective customer service via telephone
• Identify and provide proactive recommendations
• To record and update information accurately
• Responding to incoming customer emails to customers

Skills and Experience needed:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Confident communication skills
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
