Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £22,250 per annum, plus commission

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive impact
• Handle a substantial volume of calls while upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Maintain meticulous and precise customer records to facilitate streamlined processes
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo training, regardless of prior customer service experience (no experience required)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and busy work environment
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients

Working Arrangements:

• Monday to Friday, on-site work required
