We're seeking skilled Customer Service Advisors to join our esteemed client's team, located locally.

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service to customers while efficiently handling all administrative duties.

With customers from diverse backgrounds, effective communication is paramount.

Expect to engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email.

Collaborating closely with your team, you'll ensure accurate information dissemination to keep customers informed promptly.

Proficiency in various IT tools and software is a must.

This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for additional bonuses.

You will work 40 hours a week on a rotational pattern,

WEEK 1 - 7am - 4pm, WEEK 2 - 8am - 5pm, WEEK 3 - 9am - 6pm with an hour for lunch
You will also work 1 Saturday in 3 working 8am-12pm (paid at overtime rate)
In addition, you will have opportunities for learning and developing your skills
