  • Location: Borehamwood
  • Salary: £22,660
  • Working pattern: Monday – Friday (8am-4:30pm or 8:30am- 5pm or 9:30am- 6pm) Overtime one in three Saturday’s rota (9am -1pm)

My client is looking for a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to make a positive impact on customer experiences.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing support and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Sell policies for a variety of client companies
  • Maximise inbound sales opportunities
  • Identify and respond to the needs of customers
  • Resolving queries
  • Understand the client’s needs
  • Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic and efficient manner.
  • Able to navigate around basic computer applications.
  • Update and use inhouse data base
  • Follow process and procedure
  • Ability to follow a script accurately and compliantly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
