Do you have previous customer service experience within hospitality or retail and looking to transition these into the office environment? Or have you recently finished your studies and looking for your first opportunity within the work place?

This role will see you working in a fun, friendly and busy team, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and key duties will include:

• Answering inbound calls, and responding to Live Chat and emails from customers
• Speaking with clients and suppliers to solve customer issues
• Liaising with customers about orders, deliveries and account queries
• Updating the database and carrying out basic admin duties

Your customer service skills, confident telephone manner and ability to develop effective working relationships will enable you to excel in this role.

Hours and Benefits:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm.
