Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing retail business, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Avonmouth.

This company goes that extra mile for their customers and aims to provide a seamless service. With this in mind, they are looking for a customer-focused individual to join their team, bringing fresh enthusiasm to the role and a positive attitude!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries and complaints.
  • Answering all incoming calls and emails.
  • Working with suppliers to ensure swift resolution of any problems.
  • Liaising with other departments, to include the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or administration. You will be confident liaising with customers and suppliers in order to deliver an exceptional service.

Organisational skills and attention to detail will be key in this role. Must be proficient in Microsoft and IT software.

Extra details:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Office based, Avonmouth.
  • Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.
