As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing support to clients through both inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, email, and website inquiries as well as dealing with administrative tasks.
To be eligible for this Customer Service Advisor role, you should have:
- GCSE in English and Maths.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, confident demeanour.
- Previous experience in customer service, concern resolution, contact centre, call centre, administration, office management, retail, or healthcare.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and be IT literate.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to input information while engaging in conversations.
