Customer Service Advisor (hybrid)

£22,370 - £27,000 basic plus ¼ and annual bonus scheme

Leeds, Full time (choose your own shift pattern including no weekends)

Start date 25th March (interviewing immediately)

With an emphasis on vulnerable customers you will be speaking with people on the phone and building a strong rapport, getting to know them and ultimately making a difference to their lives.

On top of your basic you can earn an average of £600 a ¼ in bonus; with an additional 10% annual bonus on top of this - simply for doing your job.

The Role:

Working closely with customers who are seeking support and guidance to better their financial difficulties can be a delicate conversation for most to openly discuss.

You quite literally will act as the voice and ears of this company, become the go to advisor for all new and existing customers, by playing a vital part in exploring financial hardships, gathering key information including completing affordability checks and expenditure forms, you will achieve the most suitable outcome and above all, leave a real positive impact.

Requirements to apply:

  • Must be able to attend a face-to-face interview on 20th & 21st March
  • Must be able to start on the 25th March 2024
  • Experience required within a customer service/sales contact centre, telephoned-based role.

Everything you need will be provided in a 6-week hybrid training program; we are simply looking for caring individuals who aim to make a real impact on the world.
