? Working Pattern: Full Time 9AM TO 5.30PM

? The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor include: ?

?? Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats, promptly and professionally ????

?? Providing accurate information, advice, and support to customers ?

?? Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive resolution ?

?? Updating customer records accurately and efficiently ??

?? Collaborating with colleagues to problem solve and deliver excellent service as part of a supportive team ??

�? To be considered for this role, you will need: �?

?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ????

?? A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ??

?? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure ??

?? Previous experience in a customer service role would be advantageous but not essential - we value personality and a can-do attitude! ??
