SPR are proud to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisors for our esteemed client, with positions available in the vibrant Liverpool area, this will be on a Temporary assignment.

Location: Liverpool, L2
Rate: £12.71p/h
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • To respond to customer enquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • To provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Address and resolve customer issues, complaints or concerns in a proffesional and polite manner
  • To ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and in accordance with company policies
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the clients services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions achieved
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • To provide clear and concise information to customers and ensure they fully understand the resolutions and next steps.
  • Adhere to established service standards and guidelines to maintain the highest level of service quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
