Description

  • Manage patient records and coordinate appointments.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Patient Coordinator should have:
