Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting an Italian and French speaker with background in Customer Service, After-sales, Returns or B2B Client Service to join an international company based in Southwest London.
English, French and Italian language skills are required for this role
Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and returns within designated markets.
- Coordinate replacements, provide technical support, and process refunds
- Deliver effective and timely solutions to both business clients and end-users.
- Track queries using ticketing systems, log calls, and update CRM systems.
- Monitor service levels and assess client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, actively contributing to the continual improvement of the overall client experience.
The profile we are looking for:
- Fluency in English, Italian and French
- Previous experience in office-based customer service or sales administration.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Organized with a focus on the client's needs.
- Positive team player.
- Strong numeracy and IT skills.
