Customer Service Advisor - Work from home

Pay - £12 per hour

Contract - 4 week contact with a view of extension

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, no weekend!
  • Shifts between 9am to 17:30pm

Training - 2 days



Equipment - You will need a laptop/Desktop that runs via Windows 11. You will also need a need a head set that runs via USB.

Immediate start 8th April and 10th April - (No holidays can be booked during this 4 week period)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a global award-winning outsourcer who works with a host of well known brands and businesses. They are looking for passionate, personable and professional Customer Service Advisors to join then in a government campaign.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling incoming customer queries and providing a first class service, ensuring our customers leave with a positive, lasting impression!

?The Role?


  • Handling queries and bookings from customers via inbound calls, email, web chat, white mail or social media forums.
  • Meeting challenging targets for Quality of interaction and process follow through.
  • To ensure the best Customer service experience is given to all customers.
  • To achieve KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) whilst maintaining excellent quality.
  • Ensuring that all consumer contact is handled in a professional manner in line with the client's methodologies, values and principles - maximize all interactions to promote their Brand.
