My client are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join their growing customer service team in Mansfield.
In this role, you'll handle customer calls and emails, resolving enquiries with a keen focus on satisfaction and care. You'll take ownership of customer requests, managing them efficiently using a ticketing system. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the stellar reputation of the company and fostering confidence in its products and services.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year's experience in customer services or a call centre, be adept at using ticket systems, and possess outstanding communication skills. You'll embody service excellence, demonstrate sound commercial judgement, and maintain high levels of integrity and trust.
Location Manchester
Salary up to £22k
Hours 8-6pm Mon0Fri (occasional weekends)
The Perks Free office parking, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an extra day off for each year of service (up to 28 days), regular team events, and a pension contribution.
