JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

WORKING HOURS: 4 on 4 off Rotating Shift Pattern - 6am to 6pm, then 6pm to 6am

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisorwho has previous experience in the vehicle maintenance sector, good administration skills and a customer service focus.

Working as a Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisor you will provide telephone support to customers, and proactively manage fleet availability and recovery plans in a live 24/7 support centre environment.

As the Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisor you will ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

DUTIES

Main responsibilities as the Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Handling and resolving breakdowns (including recovery)
  • Incidents
  • Defect reporting
  • Progress and status updates
  • Customer feedback, complaints, compliments and all other query resolutions
  • Facilitation of communication between customer and the company

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working in a customer focussed, pressurised environment and/or good administrative/transferable skills
  • Good understanding of workshop procedures and systems
  • Understanding of contract, commercial and financial processes
  • Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Customer oriented and service delivery focused
  • Literate, numerate and analytical
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in the vehicle maintenance sector
  • Able to build strong relationships, with ability to deal effectively across all levels
  • Team player, with a 'can-do’ attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
