We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Locks Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract as a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator.

What can you bring to Banham?

Your experience in working within a busy office environment, dealing with high call volumes along with administrative tasks will enable you to;

  • Respond to a high number of emails and phone calls
  • Schedule and manage installations and engineers' diaries - using a central electronic booking system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Department Leaders - assisting with diary management, department reports, department paperwork, invoicing and certification, and general admin duties
  • Communicating with different departments to order the correct equipment for the engineering team.
  • Verifying customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, and updating data when account information is incomplete, inaccurate, or missing.
  • Having excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn.
  • Above all have a customer-centric focus. 
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM systems (desirable).
