Our client is looking for an exceptional candidate to start immediately on a 6 month contract in their property department, letting accommodation out to students for the coming academic year. This is an office based role with no home working.

Our client is a large and well established business with an office in Nottingham City Centre.
Description
- Undertake full student applicant administration services. This will include replying to student enquiries via communication channels, handling complaints, application processes, offer/contract management and all billing related queries
- Utilise the accommodation room management system, customer relationship management system, MS office applications and telephony systems accurately and appropriately to support student enquiries
- Work as part of the team to ensure that all relevant aspects of recruitment campaign, including open events, room tours, promotional activities and communication distribution are delivered effectively
- Support and contribute to regular reporting and insight on the financial implications of bookings, progress against occupancy targets, monitoring and trend analysis of contracts and voids, and make recommendations for future actions to mitigate risks.
- Work collaboratively with the team and key stakeholders
Profile
You will be a confident person with great admin, IT and communication skills.
