We are seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join a progressive company based in the heart of Bath. The position is office-based, offering a chance to work in stunning offices with a fantastic team.

• Provide comprehensive customer service and administrative support to customers.

• Serve as the first point of contact for all customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage a variety of customer service tasks with a focus on high-quality outcomes.

• A proven track record in customer service.
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Hospitality experience is welcomed and can be beneficial.
• Degree level education or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
