Customer Service Adviser

We are seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join a progressive company based in the heart of Bath. This role is perfect for driven and motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The position is office-based, offering a chance to work in stunning offices with a fantastic team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive customer service and administrative support to customers.
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage a variety of customer service tasks with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in customer service.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Hospitality experience is welcomed and can be beneficial.
  • Degree level education or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
