Customer Service Administrators (Product Training Provided)

They are currently seeking additional Customer Service Administrators due to ongoing developments and with training you will become responsible for providing an efficient and effective administration and customer service for their Mortgage, Investment and Savings Accounts.
These are varied roloes where you will have the opportunity to alternate weekly between administration and customer services, where you will be involved in:
- Responsding to customers and dealing with all levels of enquiries in a clear and concise manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing information on products and services offered by the Society to existing customers of the Society
- With training, undertaking general day to day administration duties encompassing all aspects of proeduct and account procedures
- Prepare and issue standard or dictated letter responses to savings customers
Possessing proven communication and organisational skills, the client is seeking experience gained within Customer Service environment, coupled with being organised, articulate and with a willingness to learn.
