Customer Service Administrator
Due to company growth, a leading consultancy are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support their project team. This role involves dealing with customer enquiries, processing orders, and completing administration tasks, whilst ensuring clients receive a high level of service.
- Salary up to £27,000
- 25 days annual holiday leave plus bank holidays
- Excellent benefits such as annual bonuses, free parking, private health care, company pension contribution
- 35 hours - office based
- Parking on site
Customer Service Administrator duties:
- Dealing with customer enquiries including dispatch and delivery status of materials
- Managing queries effectively, escalating complaints as required
- Ensuring new orders are entered onto the in-house database and processed accurately
- Liaising with the wider team to ensure all targets are met
- Generating and validating of supplier’s data
- Ensuring that the customer service team are fully supported
- Providing excellent levels of customer service to a range of clients
Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
