Customer Engagement Administrator - Temporary Ongoing

Are you available to begin a new position immediately? We are recruiting the below job role, for our Chelmsford based client, on a temporary ongoing basis with the chance of the role becoming permanent. This is an office based position, with the opportunity of hybrid working as the role progresses.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide support to clients and contractors including generating quotes and following up orders
  • Accurately update and maintain client details and records on the CRM system

  • Follow up calls when required

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous administrative and customer service experience in a similar role
  • Good use of MS Packages
  • Great attention to detail and an excellent communicator - experienced in an office based Customer Service role.

The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm and with a salary of circa £25,000 / £12.82 per hour.
