We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience in Customer Service or Order Processing. We're seeking a bubbly and approachable Customer Service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment. This is working for a company who have many exciting products and clients, and this is not a heavily telephone-based role.

The role is based in LS9 and is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a customer-facing role. We're looking for someone who can work well independently and also as part of a team.

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 or 08.30-5.00

Holidays: 23 days + BH

Location: LS9 - free parking

Salary: £24,000 PA

The Role:

  • Liaising with customers daily both over the phone and email

  • Overseeing the full customer journey from processing to invoicing

  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Prepare and send relevant documents

  • Process orders

  • Deal with updates/complaints where necessary

The Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills although there is no a lot of calls
  • Excellent attention to detail, works well under pressure
  • Process driven
  • Prior experience working with an ERP system desirable (or other relevant system)
