Customer Service Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience in Customer Service or Order Processing. We're seeking a bubbly and approachable Customer Service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment. This is working for a company who have many exciting products and clients, and this is not a heavily telephone-based role.
The role is based in LS9 and is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a customer-facing role. We're looking for someone who can work well independently and also as part of a team.
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 or 08.30-5.00
Holidays: 23 days + BH
Location: LS9 - free parking
Salary: £24,000 PA
The Role:

Liaising with customers daily both over the phone and email

Overseeing the full customer journey from processing to invoicing

Create and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders

Prepare and send relevant documents

Process orders

Deal with updates/complaints where necessary
The Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills although there is no a lot of calls
- Excellent attention to detail, works well under pressure
- Process driven
- Prior experience working with an ERP system desirable (or other relevant system)
