Customer Service Administrator 

Salary up to £24,000

Monday - Friday 

Full-time - 09:00 - 17:30

Remote working 

Reed is actively recruiting on behalf of an established business for a Customer Service Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a drive to excel in their career and learn and grow with a company.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support by making appointments, liaising with clients, internal teams and auditors. 

- Formatting data and inputting it into the system. 

- Communicating with customers/clients over the phone and via email.
