Customer Service Administrator
Our client is looking to recruit a customer service administrator to join their team. This role will become permanent after a successful work trail for the right candidate. You would be primarily responsible for Service/Aftercare (Customer Service) with a little sales admin thrown in.
Main Duties
- First pick up on phone - directing calls/answering queries
- Answering emails - complaints etc
- Setting up technician visits
- Sending out parts to rectify complaints
- Work as part of a team
- Any other admin duties
- After full training, more tasks may be introduced
Skills and Qualifications
- Good eye for detail - would need to make judgement calls on what needs to be done to a product when faults/problems arise
- Should be able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office
- Training and full support will be on hand through the initial first few months until up and running
Working hours
- 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday
- 8.30am - 4.00pm on a Friday
