Our client is a successful and established business based in Seaham. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team full time on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.
The Job you will be Doing
- Answering calls into the department
- Booking in deliveries
- Liaising between departments
- Assist with account management duties as requested
- Scheduling deliveries of customer stock
- Responsible for the full project process including issuing of detailed works instructions and communication of customer requirements
- Liaising with all internal key contacts in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure departmental housekeeping is maintained to require standards
About You
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Computer literate
- Understanding of customer requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Good time management
- Committed and flexible team worker
- Proactive and uses initiative
