Location: Portsmouth
 
Salary: £26500.00- £27000 per annum with a view that this will increase

Hours of work: 08:30am – 17:30pm

This is a temporary to remain permanent after 13 weeks position

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very well-established business in Portsmouth who offer a specialist service to their customers. 
 
Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their long-established team to enhance the development of the department. 
 
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor are as follows:
  • Liaise with customers with their enquiries via email and on the telephone.
  • Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner via email and the telephone.
  • Liaising with third parties both internally and externally
  • Full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, updating the internal data management system.
  • Handle queries and complaints in a professional nature in line with company procedures
  • Completing general administration.
  The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have:
  • Previous experience in a customer service / customer focused position
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional and polite “can do” attitude.
