Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for their customers, handling orders, customer queries, and providing general administration. Their mission is to put the customer first, supply competitively priced products on time, and create a rewarding workplace for our staff.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Taking, placing, and chasing orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Addressing customer queries promptly via phone and email.
  • Dispatching samples and catalogues to potential and existing customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in office administration and handling customer queries.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
