The Customer Service Administrator will provide effective, responsive and professional customer service, while managing and improving the order process for a growing, multinational brand, based in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol.

Description

Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator includes, but are not limited;

  • Corresponding with customers by email and telephone
  • Monitoring orders from start to finish to ensure timely delivery, despatch and payment
  • Inputting orders onto our business system (currently SAP)
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Logistics teams
  • Improve and streamline CRM processes
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in the CRM
  • Generate reports and provide data insights
  • Support the implementation of new CRM projects

Profile

A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An understanding of a customer order process or is able to understand how their role impacts the wider process and team
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems and processes, preferably SAP
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes ownership, delivering what they promise
