Data Entry Administrator
  • Job Type: Temporary for 15-18 months, Full-time
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30-16:45 (45 mins lunch break)
  • Location: Duxford
  • Salary: £11.44 - £12 per hour

Reed Business Support in Cambridge is partnering with a well-known aerospace company. They are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Administrator to join their team during a busy period. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to the Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will assist the Customer Services Manager in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the department. 

Day to Day of the role:
  • Handle large volumes of data.
  • Input customer orders into the ERP order entry system within 24 hours of receiving the customer PO.
  • Make amendments to customer orders in the ERP system as requested.
  • Update orders with confirmed dates from the planning team and input customer quotations into the ERP system.
  • Input credit and debit orders into the ERP system, raising credit/invoice once approvals are received.
  • Provide support to Customer Service Officers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Good level of computer literacy, with excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • ERP system experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, with a methodical and accurate approach to tasks.
  • Capable of working under pressure and against tight deadlines.
