We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Client.

As the first point of contact for valued customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in providing seamless support across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
