Job description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable candidate to join our clients Customer Service Department. The candidate will be required to have great communication skills and be able to solve customer issues and provide resolutions to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This position would suit someone trying to break into a Office role or someone who is looking to get into customer services.

Responsibilities

Include:

  • Authorising return of faulty goods.
  • Responding to and resolving any calls or emails
  • Handle customers complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Liaising with other departments within the business to assist customer queries.
  • Processing credits to customers
  • Daily/weekly reports
  • Liaising with manufacturers
