I am currently supporting my client within their highly reputable FMCG company, who are looking for a Customer Service professional to play a key part in the Supply Chain of receiving orders and arranging accordingly with suppliers!

Your pro-active and multi-tasking ability will work brilliantly within the role due to how multi-faceted it is, if you are great at Customer Service and don’t like being bored, this is the perfect job for you!

With flexible working, parking on site and a supportive and motivating team who all love what they do, this is the dream job for a personable but really organised and experienced Customer Service professional!

Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with existing clients
  • Taking orders from clients via email and occasionally via telephone
  • Processing orders
  • Management of quotes, freight bookings and dispatching of containers

Requirements

  • Previous commercial experience in an office environment
  • Previous customer service experience within an office environment
  • Great communication both written and verbally
  • Organisation skills
  • Great at thinking on your feet
