Position: Customer Service Administrator
Contract Type: Temporary - with possibility of extension, immediate start
Salary: £11.54 per hour + Benefits
Location: Waltham Cross

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key member of the Customer Services Team, responsible for supporting clients in the successful delivery of POS materials, managing campaign orders, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems that underpin these services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients' marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly, fostering strong customer relationships, and maintaining a reputation for excellence.

* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (V-lookup function)
* Understanding of Customer Service expectations
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
** Due to the location of our client, it is most suited to applicants that have access to their own transport **
