Customer Relationship Manager - Basingstoke - 26-30k + uncapped commission with realistic OTE of 40-60k.

As a Customer Relationship Manager you will build, manage, and grow client relationships in order to maximise revenue whilst delivering exceptional levels of service.

Package - Customer Relationship Manager

•26-30k basic salary with uncapped bonuses and realistic OTE of 40-60k
•8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
•23 days holiday rising 1 day per year up to 27 days

Person - Have you got what it takes to be a Client Relationship Manager?

•Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service with a warm, friendly, and resilient attitude
•Focussed on and motivated by delivering on revenue goals
•Superb verbal and written interpersonal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly and easily
•Credible and capable of influencing others with fantastic negotiation skills
•Team-oriented with a positive and empathetic attitude and a good sense of humour!
•Great listening skills and a naturally empathetic personality
•Professional, warm and friendly telephone manner
•Full driving licence and own vehicle

Role - What you'll be doing as a Client Relationship Manager

•Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and lapsed clients
•Building and nurturing a network of client contacts and senior level decision makers with each account
•Maximising revenue streams with each client, dealing with permanent and temporary industrial and commercial roles
•Taking detailed, comprehensive job briefs for all roles and making sure vacancy requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
•Working closely with Talent Resourcers and briefing them on job requirements, as well as updating the team on clients and qualified jobs
•Conducting video interview with short-listed candidates and presenting candidates to clients whilst ensuring client timelines are met at all times
