Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious client based in the Epsom area, who are seeking a new member of their Customer Relations team.

The company offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, along with hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home).

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Handling complaints in a timely manner, from initial contact through to resolution
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the process
  • Liaising closely with operational teams
  • Ensure that issues are resolved to prevent repeat complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Keeping accurate records of all complaints

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous complaints handling experience, ideally within a regulated environment
  • High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to resolving customer issues to an exemplary standard
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
