Up to £65,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

The Advocate Group is partnered with a leading drinks business, on the hunt for an experienced Customer Marketing professional to lead the planning, activation and evaluation of Channel Plans for Grocery across a portfolio of disruptive brands.

This is a 12-month FTC and an opportunity for a driven FMCG marketing professional to make their mark on a diverse portfolio of spirits brands!

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of strategic grocery brand activation plans across priority brands.
• Identify and use consumer/shopper insights to develop activation plans.
• Develop clear activation briefs and work closely with agency partners to produce best in class work.
• Monitor and evaluate activity success against the agreed objectives.
• Work closely with commercial sales teams to drive a collaborative working relationship.
• Establish strong relationships with relevant brand and marketing managers.
• Responsible for coaching and developing a direct report.
• Manage and allocate budget.

Person:

• Strong Customer/Shopper/Trade Marketing experience in an FMCG business.
• Must have experience working in the Off-Trade channel.
• Leadership capability for 1 direct report.
• Portfolio brand and channel management experience.
• Strong communicator who can work internally and externally.
• Results-driven and commercially minded!
