CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER

BIRMINGHAM

£50,000-£55,000 +BONUS +BENEFITS

THE COMPANY

A global retail bank is seeking a Customer Insight Manager to work in the analytics team and provide actionable insights. The role sits the customer insight team and focuses on customer analytics, you will manage a team of 1 with opportunities to take on a larger team in the future. This is a great opportunity for someone to get upskilled in Python as you will be using this for segmentations, LVM projects but don't need prior experience in this tool.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Insight Manager, some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analyse overall product performance and suggest ways of improvement
  • Looking at changing finances to target customer better
  • Be hands on with customer segmentations and predicting customer churn
  • Communicate with board-level stakeholders and take ownership of projects
  • Manage 1 data analyst whilst remaining hands on with the data analysis

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Customer Insight Manager will have:

  • Commercial experience working in the finance sector will be hugely advantageous.
  • Management experience is also ideal.
  • Experience working in the commercial environment with SQL and Tableau is a must.
  • Experience working with Python is ideal but not required.
  • Educated to a degree level or above in a STEM subject.
