Description

As a Customer Helpdesk Advisor you will be:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
  • Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Customer Helpdesk Advisor should have:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a help desk role.
  • A customer service mindset.
  • A strong focus on working as team.
  • A friendly and positive attitude.
  • Good attention to detail
