As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of our company, providing unparalleled support and assistance to our valued customers. You'll handle a wide range of inquiries, from resolving issues to answering questions and offering product guidance. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- To phone call potential clients and arrange secure appointments for the company’s field based Consultants to visit the client in their home, all calls will be from enquires from the public
- Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to ensure a positive resolution
- Educate customers about our products, services, and policies, offering personalised recommendations to meet their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure swift resolution
- Following up calls within expected timeframes and organising call backs at appropriate times
- Continuously strive to exceed performance metrics and KPIs, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or call centre environment preferred but not required - we welcome candidates with a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Adaptability to embrace change and learn new processes quickly
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building rapport with customers
