This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a very well established and rapidly expanding company.
As Customer Executive you will be at the heart of the business speaking to their customers and offering a first class service.
Hours: 09:00-17:00
Hybrid Working: available after probation
Progression Opportunities: Senior Customer Executive, Lead Roles and Supervisor level potentially available through internal promotions
Salary: £23,100 per annum, with a performance-related incentive scheme (paid quarterly)

Duties include
Making outgoing calls to customers regarding their accounts
Reviewing customer files to identify opportunities and action any follow ups as required
Corresponding with customers by phone, email and also in writing
Liaise with other teams within the business to keep customer files up to date and accurate at all times
Take part in team meetings to review customer accounts and files
(Other duties as assigned by the line manager)
Who are we looking for?
Has strong customer service skills, minimum of 1 years experience
The ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
A proactive individual with a passion for learning!
