Customer Development Manager
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an automotive manufacturing business, with the appointment of a Customer Development Manager to join their growing team in North Bristol.
The company are seeking passionate individuals who can provide a superior customer experience through onboarding engagements to ongoing customer loyalty and retention.
You will be following the entire customer journey for the initial 90 days of opening an account, working alongside the sales department to ensure that regular contact is being made with prospective and high potential customers. Updating the system to reflect customer needs will be highly important, so that the plan for next steps and gaining loyalty can be put in motion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to onboarding customers to gain information on their specific profile.
- Collecting data from prospect, lapsed and new customers.
- Investigating customer requirements and identifying opportunities.
- Data cleansing and updating the business system.
You will have:
- At least 1-2 years’ customer service experience.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Open to hospitality workers, providing you have a passion for the automotive industry and have outstanding communication skills.
