- Perform general administration duties and handle customer queries.
- Conduct weekly reporting of customer accounts.
- Prepare Risk Assessments.
- Maintain customer portals and send out completion documentation to customers.
- Create quotations and issue them to relevant customers.
- Raise supplier purchase orders and liaise with internal teams and engineers to ensure timescales are met.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- A confident approach with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Highly organised with the ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to meet deadlines.
- A dynamic and forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary.
- Keyboard skills including word processing, updating databases, and excel spreadsheet applications.
- Experience working to KPI’s and targets.
