Reed in Sunderland are recruiting on behalf of a Durham based client who are looking for a full time, permanent Customer Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to contribute to their new office in Durham.Benefits:

The role involves coordinating services for a diverse client base, from domestic to commercial, across private and public sectors. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform general administration duties and handle customer queries.
  • Conduct weekly reporting of customer accounts.
  • Prepare Risk Assessments.
  • Maintain customer portals and send out completion documentation to customers.
  • Create quotations and issue them to relevant customers.
  • Raise supplier purchase orders and liaise with internal teams and engineers to ensure timescales are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • A confident approach with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Highly organised with the ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to meet deadlines.
  • A dynamic and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when necessary.
  • Keyboard skills including word processing, updating databases, and excel spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience working to KPI’s and targets.
