INTRO:

Henderson Brown is delighted to announce an exclusive partnership with a renowned food manufacturing businesses located in the East Midlands.

Our client has amongst it fantastic portfolio a loved UK brand found in the majority of UK Households.

OVERVIEW:

This role is going to be challenging as they are an extremely professional operation with strong supply routes internationally and specifically in the UK. The individual will need to be a first-rate commercial leader with the ability to push ahead and help work to further collaborate with their current customer base.

First class commercial management skills are taken as read, but they also want energy to lead a young team, they want enthusiasm and they want someone who can deal not only with day to day commercial issues with existing customers but someone who can spot other opportunities with new customers and develop the strategy to engage with these further.

PERSON SPEC:

We are looking for someone who can learn fast, problem-solve at speed, think laterally, and make rational decisions quickly, communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidates will hold themselves to the values that underpin the business and can both integrate and add value to the team. They will lead change and be a figurehead that defines success for those individuals reporting to the SLT.

Authenticity will be at the core of this individual, coupled with an incredible desire to succeed and a genuine nature to support the overall development of their new team will be key.
