An exciting new opportunity for someone to join my clients’ newly renovated offices in Gloucester. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of an exciting and growing team.

Your responsibility

  • Handle fresh applications that come in via email or another channel.
  • Manage interactions with candidates and/or business partners to get more data needed to process the application.
  • Make sure all accepted applications are accurately documented.
  • Manage client communications by taking in and responding to inquiries via incoming mail and phone calls, translating customer requests into a solution, and recording and updating relevant systems.


About you:

  • Possess a passion for providing first-rate service and experience taking control of the client experience.
  • It would be beneficial to be familiar with consumer credit and have a slight understanding of the FCA.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong focus on detail.
  • The ability to utilise Microsoft office programmes, including word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to go above and beyond when necessary.
