Main Responsibilities as a Customer Care Agent (Web Chat Analyst)

  • Providing initial support to players and retailers aligned with departmental performance metrics and regulations, guaranteeing a steadfast delivery of top service.
  • Handling customer inquiries across various communication channels with speed and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with performance and quality standards.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines for handling web chat (including emails, web chats, and any other introduced media), ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and team goals.
  • Identify customer needs and, when possible, resolve retail and player issues such as account difficulties, customer complaints, and player system inquiries.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience with complaints.
  • Customer service experience.
