We are currently assisting a well-known brand in Durham, looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team! 

Job Description: 

Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. As a CSR, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Here are the key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Handling Inbound Calls:

    • Manage a large volume of incoming phone calls from customers.
    • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  2. Assessing Customer Needs:

    • Understand and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Advocate for customers when necessary and gather valuable feedback.
  3. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

    • Confidently troubleshoot issues and investigate when information is insufficient.
    • Ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Building Trust and Relationships:

    • Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Foster trust by providing accurate and efficient assistance.
  5. Maintaining Service Standards:

    • Strive to meet excellent service standards.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and advocate for their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
