Customer Care Advisor | Birmingham City Centre

Our client is expanding their Customer Care Team and is seeking talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers. With flexible hybrid work options, this is the perfect role for those who thrive in a dynamic setting.

Job Details:

- 35 hours per week

- £13.00 per hour

- Hybrid work arrangement once trained

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer accounts and provide assistance

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone

- Demonstrate empathetic and excellent communication skills

? Shift Rotations:

- Monday to Friday

- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

- 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

- 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

- One week of late shift (can be worked from home)
