Sales and Customer Service - No Experience Required - Based in Southampton

Looking for a Sales Assistant role but don’t have enough experience

Maybe, you currently work in retail or sales and are fed up of a lack of progression and earning minimum wage

Our Southampton based client have entry level sales and customer service roles suitable for those with and without experience. Full product coaching and one to one sales coaching is provided from day one and throughout. This role is perfect for those who are looking to gain skills and experience within the sales, marketing and customer service industries or job seekers looking for a more challenging career with opportunities to progress.

You Must Have:

• Self motivation
• A minimum of conversational English speaking skills to be considered as the main part of the role will be speaking with customer face to face
• A personality
• Confidence
• A willingness to progress
• Enthusiasm

The Role:

• Provide customers with genuine sales advice and customer service
• Representing clients in face to face residential campaigns within the Southampton area
• National and international travel opportunities

This role is offered on a self employed basis so all earnings are commission only, therefore you are in full control of your earnings while getting the recognition and financial incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.
