CUSTOMER ANALYST

UP TO £50,000 + BENEFITS

This leading retailer is looking for their next Customer Analyst to work across within a large data team of all disciplines. As a Customer Analyst you will be making sure that this company retains it's prestigiousness from both new and existing customers, whilst ensuring the brand stands out from its competitors staying ahead of the trends.

THE COMPANY

As a Customer Analyst in this company, you will be working in the wider analytics team that covers four key areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive optimisation and growth by delivering customer-based insights and strategies whilst working in the companies fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Analyst, you will have an outstanding opportunity to help take the business to the next level. To be successful, you will be highly numerate and be excited to solve problems involving big data, numerical interpretation, consultation of marketing leads, and translation of insights into real solutions based on the company's objectives.

More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Analysis that drives strategic decisions
  • Setting and analysing key metrics across acquisition, retention, lifetime value, churn and campaign ro
  • Understanding and report on the drivers of business performance
  • Advocating test and learn
  • Creating hypotheses and assumptions, quantifying and challenging throughout

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working with Customer Data
  • Working ability to work with both SQL and Excel
  • Knowledge of Python, R or similar is desirable
  • High attention to detail with confidence in dealing with ambiguity
  • Good problem-solving skills whilst being proactive, approachable and flexible
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Success in providing analytics in areas such as customer insights, CRM analytics, channel analysis, attribution, etc.

THE BENEFITS

The successful Customer Analyst will receive a salary of up to £50,000 as well as an extensive benefits package.
