Customer Advisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced customer insight advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will involve assisting with customer complaints and addressing the concerns of dissatisfied customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and empathetic responses.
- Investigate customer issues thoroughly, gathering relevant information and insights to understand the root cause of the problem.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organisation to resolve customer complaints and implement solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Utilise customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance our services.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably within the housing sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
